Shipping policy

Orders are picked, checked and packed within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day.

You'll receive an order confirmation as soon as your payment clears, and a second email with your tracking link the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery windows are counted from the day your parcel is dispatched, not the day you order. Typical transit times are:

• United States & Canada — 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom & European Union — 7–14 business days
• Australia & New Zealand — 8–16 business days
• Rest of world — 10–20 business days

Your tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan after dispatch.

If your tracking hasn't updated in five business days, send us a message from the contact page with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier for you.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These charges are set by your government and are the responsibility of the recipient — we're not able to predict or cover them.

Peak periods, extreme weather and carrier backlogs can add a few days to the estimates above. If your order is affected we'll email you rather than leave you guessing.
