Payments are processed entirely by Wix. Card numbers and full payment credentials are never sent to, seen by, or stored on Velvette's systems.

• Contact details you give us — your name, email address and, when you contact support, anything you choose to write to us
• Order details — the items you buy, delivery address and order number
• Technical data — basic device and browser information, and how you reached our site

• To process, pack and deliver your order and to send order and shipping updates
• To answer your enquiries and handle returns or exchanges
• To keep the site working, prevent fraud and understand which pages are useful

We share only what's needed with the companies that help us run the store: our checkout and ecommerce platform (Wix), payment providers, delivery carriers and the couriers that hand your parcel over. We never sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar storage to keep your shopping bag and session working, to remember your preferences and to measure how the site performs. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings — the shopping bag may stop working if you do.

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Support conversations are kept for as long as they're useful for resolving follow-up questions.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request from the contact page and we'll respond within 30 days.
